A long awaited full length album Windows Wide Open will finally become available October 30th of this year. Released on ROARING GIRL RECORDS, a great independent label started by Miranda Mulholland, based out of Toronto, Canada. Here I am super excited to be working with the team at Roaring Girl, they are a lovely group of people! This release will be coupled with a fun concert in Toronto on at The Burdock, a great new listening room, inviting some of my favourite people who happen to be great musicians to join me on stage.
TOUR INTO THE MID-WEST+ MUDDY ROOTS FEST
Had the most beautiful time in the southern, rather mid-western USA touring and accompanying the lovely Dana Sipos. We played in Yellow Springs Ohio on the way down, one of the most quirky towns I've ever set foot in. Muddy Roots Festival was absolute fun-an-tastic craziness. Beautiful music, beautiful people, lovely team of organizers, appreciative and respectful crowds. There was only one golf cart accident, no biggie. Nashville also treated us pretty well, enjoying porches and great company!
2015 SUMMER TOURING
I was also out touring with Familiar Wild this past June and July in overseas. Double heading all our shows throughout the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark. We played a huge variety of venues, but one thing remained the same, people love folk music over there and they treat musicians fabulously!
